We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, simply return
the item within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange. We only ask that you
return the item in new condition, in original packaging, with your receipt.

or auction listing. There is additional shipping & handling for international orders.
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of your payment unless
paying by check.
If you are paying by check, please allow additional time for

A:Everything we sell is new and in original packaging. They are not returns or
defects like many other auctions are. Occasionally we will sell items
particularly of a
collectible nature that are not new, but we are very clear in
the auction listing when
this is the case and they will always be in new
condition with all original packaging or
we will not sell them.
Q:Do you ship international orders?
A:Yes, if you live in another country, you should contact us

. We will email you
back with the correct shipping for your international order. It is best to
contact us
before bidding on an auction so you understand the costs before you
have committed
to purchasing by placing a bid.
