The item came beautifully packaged, even had a picture of the item on the cellophane it was wrapped in. It arrived early and was priced right however, there was no communication at all. I made the seller an offer that was accepted. There wasn't any notification telling me that it was accepted, only an invoice in my email telling me to pay. I blame that on eBay. Having said all of that I would gladly do business with this seller again.

DISHONEST SELLER!!! Bought 60 cards at .01/card. shipping was to be $7.71. Seller could not figure out how to charge proper S/H amount. I pd extra ($29) & was promised refund. Never sent cards, never sent refund, does not return emails. Had to get EBay to step in.

"Cycle Heap" Portland a.k.a. "Westside Cycle Parts" Silverton d.b.a. Retro Cards on eBay is a scam. They keep changing their user name to avoid exposure. Once they have your payment, they'll go silent for good. No shipping, no tracking, no response to any inquiry. They will keep you in wait for weeks with excessive shipping times (7 weeks from OR to CA). Once you start waking up to their scam it's almost too late to file an Item Not Received claim. Avoid these tossers like the plague!
