Shipping:

Shipping is free via EMS (Express Mail Service) or Standard Service. You can find product specific shipping policy in product detail listing page. DHL is also offered at additional cost. The general rules is that for items weighing under 800 grams, shipping is free via standard shipping with tracking number that requires signature. For heavier items weighing more than 800 grams, shipping is free via EMS (express mail service) with tracking number that requires signature.  

If items shipped via standard shipping, the tracking information will appear online (ex. www.usps.com) within 1 to 2 days before items arrive.

Your item will be shipped from one of our three worldwide warehouses depending on stock availability.  For example, if one item has been sold out in our New York warehouse, it might get shipped from our warehouse in Asia.

Canada, France, Italy, and Spain Standard Shipping Notice

All items by standard shipping from Worldwide Distribution Center to Canada, France, Italy, and Spain will take up to 20 business days to arrive. This is due to strict local custom policy. We understand that it is very troublesome and frustrating, but honestly there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.  We strongly suggest that you upgrade to Express Shipping Service for an additional 5 USD for items > 100 grams, or 10 USD for items < 100 grams.

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed in custom made boxes. Most payments cleared before 2pm are dispatched the very same day. Your order will normally be shipped within 12 hours, excluding weekends, after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. No pickups are permitted. Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse.
