It was expensive but if you need it, you need it. Surprised that it did not come in the store box that was shown in the listing but it was well packed and we were happy to receive it.

Glad you are happy with the lens- it is extremely rare to find! Sorry for not having the original box- although that was stated in the description in 24 point letter size and in red color to jump out. Pic with box was shown to verify part # only.
