CA, NV, UT, AZ (can still have standard shipping) - cleared payment must be received by 10:30AM PST December 22.

All other locations not mentioned above will require rush shipping by UPS 2nd Day Air.  

Rush shipping prices are as follows:

Purchase up to $50.00 of merchandise and pay one flat $19.00 fee for your entire order.

Orders over $50.00 - please email us for a quote before purchasing.

A special invoice must be used for all rush orders.
