December 16th - All states East of the Mississippi, including Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana.
December 17th - Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico.
December 14th - Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Guam.
December 22th - California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona.
December 22th - Rush orders UPS Ground 2-day. Payment must be received by 10:00 PT
