I usually wear a certain size. For this item, what size do I need?
The same size in different brands can vary widely so even if a person is generally a certain size it would also depends on what brands the person wears. For this reason, we provide measurements for every style, wash/color and size that we carry. This way our customer can know how an item fits. We always suggest that our buyer compare the measurements in the auction to a pair of jeans that already fit well.
Why is the waist measurement in the description different from the size in the title?
Sizes are determined by the traditional waist measurement which is taken above the belly button at the narrowest part of the waist. However, many of the styles we carry are low-rise and contemporary fit. So the part of the torso the waistband will hit is actually lower, closer to the hip which is why the actual waist measurement will be larger than the “traditional waist” used for sizes. Lower rise jeans will have a larger waist measurement for a particular size. For this reason we suggest our buyers to measure their waist up from the rise measurement to determine if a particular size will fit.
Can I return the jeans if they don’t fit, or if I don’t like them?
Our policy states all Sales are Final. For this reason we provide detailed pictures and measurements and descriptions for our items. We suggest that our buyers compare the measurements stated in the auction to a pair of jeans that fit you best.
Do you have a certain size or style in stock?
Our inventory changes constantly as we work to list the newest styles and sizes as soon as possible. All styles and sizes we have in stock are generally listed. In every auction, you can click on the "view other sizes" link next to the size to see all the sizes we have available. You can also search by brand, style, size or keyword on www.dailydenim.com.
I just realized that I placed a bid on the wrong size/item! Can you remove the bid?
We can remove your bid if we receive your email before the end of the auction. Please note that we are closed at night and during the weekends. In addition, we may not read your email immediately. You will be able to remove your own bid to avoid winning an unwanted item. Please refer to the link in eBay’s help page regarding removing your bid:

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item as well as your location. Please refer to the shipping costs listed the individual auction.
What method do you ship? Shipping methods depend on your location. The shipping method is listed in each auction. Typically domestic shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail but we will be adding more shipping carriers for your convenience soon.

How do I combine items into one order to save on shipping?
After you have won all of your items, please use our Checkout system through Channel Advisor. All unpaid auctions won will automatically be combined. There you will enter your shipping address so that an invoice is created with the total amount due. After this step, it will give further instructions depending on your selected payment method.
When will my order ship?
We process all orders that are paid and cleared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please note if you send a Paypal eCheck, or a personal check the payment must clear first. Once we receive notification that the payment has cleared, the orders are processed for shipment within 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when the order ships.
Where’s my package? When we ship your item, we e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking or delivery confirmation number so you can conveniently track your package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your location, we ask that you wait 5-10 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation for the package to arrive. However, in most cases it arrives in 3-4 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Paypal methods, personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. International payments must be made in US Dollars.
Can I send you a bank transfer? I need your bank account number.
Bank transfers which require a bank account number are not accepted.
Can I send a Western Union payment?
We can accept Western Union money orders which you will have to mail us just like a regular payment, however we do not accept Western Union money transfers or other payment methods that require us to pick up a payment.
When do I have to send payment?
Payment is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. If you are combining items, payment is due by the 7th day from the end of the FIRST auction.
I won one auction and I’m waiting to see if I win another item. Should I pay for the first item now?
Orders are created based upon your checkout. Once you checkout or send payment, the order is closed for shipment. For this reason, we ask that all buyers wait until they are finished bidding before checkout out the order and sending payment, otherwise we cannot combine items.
I have a code, how do I use it?
If it is a code you received from Paypal, the code must be entered in the payment steps after you log into Paypal. You will still need to Checkout through our system first, which will redirect you to Paypal afterwards. For codes that are issued directly from us, please enter the code in the box and click on “Add Promotion”, on the page where it states “Review and Place Your Order”. If you have any questions regarding Paypal or eBay codes we are not affiliated with the offers, therefore please contact them directly for assistance.
