I am picky about my plants whether they're purchased online or in-person so I was anxious to see what my $39 tulip poplar would look like after three days in the mail. Packaging was great (box inside a box) and protected the sapling perfectly. The tree arrived looking like a tree (with big healthy leaves) and not just a bare stick. The tree overall looks very healthy, very straight and came affixed to a bamboo pole. Seller provided generous amount of soil for root ball. Root ball was damp. A+!
