For multiple items purchased on the same day, you pay 100% of the shipping cost on the item with the highest shipping cost, and you will receive 50% off shipping cost for each additional item. You first must pay all shipping costs and we refund you your discount (50% off shipping on each additional item) usually on the same day. The refunded shipping costs will come via PayPal after you complete your purchases. Items do occasionally get lost, delayed or damaged by the Post Office, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST and we will try to find the best solution in each individual case for these problem shipments. If you don't contact us, then we don't know there is an issue and we can't help you! Our goal is to have you as a satisfied customer. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items by the Post Office. Our Shipping Costs are inclusive and include packaging costs, handling charges, actual USPS/FEDX/UPS shipping charges, and Delivery Confirmation Fee's for domestic shipments. We strongly recommend insurance on all domestic shipments as well for your security but that will be an additional charge not included in advertised shipping costs. Returns are only allowed on selected items. Customer pays for the cost of shipping the items back.
