Accepted Payments
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover (all through Paypal only), Money Orders and Personal Checks. All check and Money Order payments should be made payable to Dana Bierwas and mailed to:

All orders paid for with a Personal Check will not be shipped until the check clears the bank. This can take up to 14 business days, depending on the bank, so please plan accordingly.
There is a $20.00 returned check fee.
PayPal is an online payment processor that allows you to pay anyone who has an email address, over a secure connection. To learn more about PayPal, or to open your free account, please visit www.paypal.com.
Shipping Charges
We now offer FREE 1st Class Shipping on all of our candy wrapper only orders. If you purchase candy wrappers and any other product on our website such as foil, then you must pay the shipping charges associated with the other product purchased. We also offer USPS Priority Mail service as well, and we strongly encourage the purchase of this expedited shipping service for all orders needed in 2 weeks or less. Shipping charges will be determined based on the weight of the item, and the ship to Zip Code. We include Delivery Confirmation with all of our orders, and we will e-mail you the tracking number within 24 hours of your order shipment. To track your order, please click below: USPS Track and Confirm A valid United States address is required for all domestic deliveries. All of the items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address to qualify for combined shipping offers. Delivery Addresses A valid United States address is required for all domestic deliveries. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments if shipping insurance was not purchased. During the summer months or when shipping to locations with year-round warm climates we suggest ordering wrappers only. However, if you choose to order wrapped bars during the summer, we will add thermal ice packing to your order for an additional $7.00 per 100 bars. We strongly recommend that you ship either UPS Overnight or USPS Express Mail and ship to a location where the package can be picked up immediately.
Please Note: Due to the nature of the product, DDH Favors cannot be responsible for chocolate bars that melt or become damaged during shipment. However, we will do our best to make sure that your product arrives safely.
We Do Ship Outside of the US; however, we will not ship chocolate due to customs regulations. Please contact us for shipping charges to your location.
Insurance Claims
In order for us to file an insurance claim on your behalf for any problems with yuor insured order such as damage, missing items, apparent tampering/rifling, you must follow these steps. Failure to follow all steps will prevent us from rectifying the problem.
1. Thoroughly inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Please do not leave feedback until you are absolutely sure your order is correct, and undamaged. By leaving positive feedback, you are relinquishing us of any responsibility for problems that may arrive later.
2. Save all original packaging your order arrived in. This includes the envelope/box, shipping label, and all packing materials. We will need these shipped back to us in the event we need to file a claim.
3. Please contact us as soon as a problem is discovered so that we can take care of the problem as soon as possible. It will take up to 6 weeks to receive compensation from the post office, so the quicker we act, the better.
Please understand that mail fraud is a serious offense, so please do not use the postal service insurance process for your own personal gain. We have had this happen in the past, and the appropriate authorities were notified.
How To Order
To place an order with DDH Favors, please use one of the following methods: 1. Purchase the item of your choice from our Ebay store listings, or auction listings. You will be directed to our shopping cart to complete your purchase with shipping and billing details. Please be sure to include all personalization information needed to complete your order. If you need more space than the system allows, please e-mail the information to DDH_Favors@yahoo.com. 2. Click to Place Your Order via e-mail. Please use this option only if you are requesting a custom design, or if you need us to create a custom store listing for you to purchase from.
All of our designs are available to fit the regular 1.55 oz. size HERSHEYS® or Nestlé Crunch® bars and most of the designs can be sized to fit the HERSHEY?S Miniature® or the snack size KitKat® bars. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders do ship within 72 hours of payment and final proof approval, however, larger orders will take more time.
Please note that we WILL NOT print your candy wrapper order without your approval. We will e-mail a proof within 24 hours to your registered Paypal e-mail address, and it is your responsibility to check this e-mail address for the proof. We WILL NOT refund money for orders that were not received on time due to failure to check your e-mail for the proof, or if the proof was sent to a bulk e-mail folder or deleted by your e-mail system because it is assumed to be spam. We recommend adding ddh_favors@yahoo.com to your allow list to prevent these problems.
Custom Designs
DDH Favors can create a unique, one of a kind design especially for your occasion or event. There is no additional charge for this service, however, all design samples sent via e-mail will have be watermarked to prevent unauthorized printing of the design.
International Orders
We DO ship outside of the US. We use Global Priority Mail for all international shipments.Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping to an address outside of the United States. Please contact us for more information.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
Once you bid on and win one of our auctions, or use the Buy it Now feature on any of our listings, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the items. We reserve the right to leave negative feedback and file a non-paying bidder report on anyone who does not pay for the items they have won/purchased.
If you pay for your items, and later decide that you do not wish to complete the transaction, we will provide a full refund if we are notified within 72 hours of the purchase date. If we are notified outside of this time frame, we will issue store credit for the amount of your purchase. All shipping charges will be refunded.
We DO NOT accept returns on any personalized merchandise. This means we DO NOT offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
While we strive to be as accurate as possible while customizing your items, we do occasionally make spelling and gramatical mistakes. For this reason, we e-mail proofs of the majority of our personalized items prior to printing. We ask that you please check your proof carefully for any spelling, gramatical, or date mistakes as these are most often overlooked. Once you approve the proof, you are giving us the right to immediately print and process your order, and once printed, if mistakes are found, we cannot refund you. Once your order arrives, if it contains mistakes that were evident in the approved proof, we will not offer a refund or replace the order at our expense. Again, please check your proof carefully before approving it.
Please note that there are items in our store that will not receive a proof, unless it is requested. Our soap favors are one example of this type of item. We print these items based on the information that you provide either with your payment, or in a separate e-mail. Please make sure that this information is all correct before sending it. We will not be held responsible for any items that are misprinted due to errors in the information received from you. If you find that you made a mistake when e-mailing the personalization information to us, please send the correct information ASAP. We will always send an aknowledgement e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the corrected information from you, so if you do not receive that e-mail, please contact us.
If you requested a proof of these items, and approved it, please note the information in bold above.
We DO NOT offer refunds on any order that is not received on time. As all of our listings explain, 1st class mail, while free, can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to reach you, however this is not a guaranteed service. We can not control how efficiently the post office does their job, so we will not refund for any orders not received on time. The only guaranteed delivery service offered is Express mail. We will be happy to reprint an order if time allows, but you will be responsible to cover the shipping charges necessary to ship the second order. We will offer store credit on all other orders.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for candy bars melted during shipment. We add shipping insurance to all candy bar orders, so that in the event your candy arrives damaged (not melted), we can place a claim with the shipping provider. Damaged candy MUST be returned to us in order to file a claim.
