There is a $25.00 deduct for all complete systems picked up at our warehouse. All items are shipped collect ABF or Yellow Freight at a 70% discount to the nearest truck terminal near you. And we can also provide home delivery as well. For a small additional fee we will also provide claim coverage in the event any items are damaged during shipping. We will immediately step in and handle the claim directly to you. If you elect not to have this coverage, you will have to deal with the shipper and claim recovery can take as long as 90 days.

DESCO provides Total Warranty Support for all items we sell. To receive warranty coverage DESCO must size the system and an EPA licensed certified technician must do all final hook up and start up of the system and also fill out the Warranty Validation form and return that to us within 45 days of system purchase. If you do not have the warranty validation form completed and returned to us within this time frame you will not have warranty protection. Extensions are granted to the time frame when applied for in advance
