Our Returns Process:
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected & accepted, your refund will be processed in 2-4 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Please contact us directly for return authorization at 212-840-7104. Returns must be sent within 10 days of delivery. Your item should be packed carefully and must arrive in the same condition as it was shipped to you including all documentations. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. We will refund full purchase price (exclude shipping costs, or any expenses may occur to you due to this transaction) within 2-4 business days.
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and requests a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
For security reasons, Ship the package to DMC. Do not write the word “diamond” anywhere on the outside of the box.
