| I ship worldwide, with varying delivery times. I order in all my stock centrally from various suppliers, then dispatch to you. I pass the savings made on this policy onto the customer. Delivery generally takes around 10-14 days, although the customization of shirts may add to this time. The 10-14 days is a guide, and delivery may be a little longer or shorter than this time. If a delivery is urgent, it is advised that you contact me prior to ordering, so we can give you an exact time.
Shipping insurance : Included (in the shipping and handling cost).
Shipping discount: Available for ALL item if a buyer purchases other items from me.
Availability: Usually Ships in 24 to 48 Hours
diegodel will accept responsibility for any faulty or incorrect products that I ship, including incorrect sizes. We will replace these items free of charge, or refund if preferred, subject to the return of the goods. All goods must be returned with tags, or we cannot accept a return.
Please inform me of intention to return within 5 days of receipt. Items for return must be received back within 10 days of receipt, unless there are special circumstances, which will be at the discretion of the owners.
Please note that the customization of products, ie. the addition of name and numbering to a shirt negates your right to return the item. We cannot accept the return of special edition items.
