 | A: Customer service is so important to us. We do allow returns if you are not satisfied for any reason...no questions asked. Shipping and return shipping are not refundable unless we have made a listing error. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Items must be returned to us within one week after we are notified. |

 | A: Yes, we combine shipping! The heaviest item is charged first and then we add $2 for each additional item. We will send a combined invoice shortly after your purchase. We offer FREE SHIPPING to US customers on all orders over $100. |

 | A: Our policy is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We go to the post office daily. All domestic items are sent by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (2 to 3 days), insurance upon request. International shipments are sent Air Letter Post. (4 - 7 days). |
