I ordered my item Expedited Shipping, which they charge $60 for. Despite sitting on the order for four calendar days, they still just chucked it in the UPS drop box and sent it Ground.
They refunded the shipping cost and made it sound like they did me a huge favor. Their excuse was "software upgrade". Also - the business name here on eBay is not what they do business as. The real company is Drone Nerds out of Florida - look at their Trustpilot and BBB scores. Bad company, avoid.
