What is the condition of items that are sold?

All items are either brand new or in very good to excellent condition We do not sell anything that we wouldn't want for ourselves.

What is your return policy?

• Any item can be returned within 7 days if it has not been opened for a full refund on the cost of the item (shipping and handling is non-refundable).
• Incorrect items - If you receive an incorrect item we will replace the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Did my order go through?

One way to be sure that your order has been completed is by going to your 'My eBay Page' where you will see details of the purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

How long will it be after I order before my order ships?

We generally ship orders within one to two business day after receiving payment. You will receive email confirmation once order ships with a delivery confirmation number

How do you ship and how long does it take for my order to arrive?

We generally ship using USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the United States and these orders will take from 2 to 9 business days

For orders being shipped to other countries we also use the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, no tracking information is available. Depending on customs within the receiving country shipments could take one to two weeks

What if I have an item to sell and I need help?

We are official ebay trading assistants and we will sell your new or used items that are in good to excellent condition for you. We will meet with you to create the description of the item in order to return the greatest amount of profit for you.

What do we charge to sell items?

We do not charge you anything upfront to list your item. The winning bidder pays all shipping and handling charges.
After the sale we deduct our commission plus all eBay and PayPal fees

• For sales under $500 we charge 25% of the final sale price
• For sales $500 to $999 we charge 20% of the final sale price
• For sales over $1000 we charge 15% of the final sales price.
