Some of the molds in our Store will be poured once they have sold. This way we do not have to keep a large inventory on hand. When you buy one of these molds, it usually takes 3 to 4 days to pour and dry the mold.

What is Ceramic Molds: A Plaster mold is used to produce ceramic figurines and pottery pieces. You can use our molds to cast white ware, stoneware, & porcelain slips (Liquid Clay) Once your piece has been removed from the mold & is dry (Green ware) it must be cleaned & fired in a kiln. Then you can Paint or Glaze the piece. This is a fun process. It is more like playing than work.
