Returns/Exchanges:
Defective Items: We do our best to inspect all items before they ship. All the items we sell are brand new and direct from the manufacturer, should an item be defective, please contact us and we will either exchange the item or give you the contact information for the manufacturer of the item. The manufacturers that we deal with guarantee their items from defect.
Missing or Incorrect Items: Occasionally an error occurs and we forget to include an item or send the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will gladly resolve the problem.
Empire Crates: All
sales on the empire crates are final. We will not exchange or refund
money for the Empire Crates. Should the crate be damaged during
shipment, contact us immediately upon receipt and before use.
Commonly asked Question: The item I ordered does not fit, how
do I send it back for an exchange?
Answer: We enclose a packing slip and on the
reverse side of the packing slip includes all of the return/exchange
information. Just fill out that slip and send it back along with the item(s)
you would like to return or exchange.
Exchanges:
- Buyer responsible for our return shipping for all
exchanges; make sure to fill out the packing slip to avoid any delays,
include packing slip with exchange.
Calculating
Refunds/Restocking Fees:
- Any unopened item in original condition that is
returned within 14 days of receipt: 80% of item's price.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use: 50% of
item's price.
- Any product that has been opened (taken out of its
plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is
damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50%
of item's price.
Items that cannot be returned or
exchanged:
- All products with safety seals that have been broken.
