Feedback is important and so I would very much appreciate if you could leave feedback for every item so I know you have received your goods safely. Even if you have shopped with us many times before, feedback is still important. I will in turn leave positive feedback for you once I know you are satisfied with your purchase. (I get a little behind sometimes during busy periods but always catch up, please excuse me!).

GENERAL INFO
Please feel free to ask any questions I will always try to help if I can. I do get several emails per day so my answers will sometimes be delayed. (Overseas members please be aware of time differences). If you prefer to call, our Telephone number is 01424 444692 during business hours ONLY - 9am to 1pm Monday to Saturday. Orders paid by 10am will be despatched the same day, (not a guaranteed service but we do our best for you). Orders paid in the afternoon will be despatched the following day. There is NO POST on Wednesdays. If your payment comes through for goods on a Friday your order will not be despatched until Monday as there is no post at the weekends, or public holidays.

A CONFIRMATION email will be sent to your direct email address stating that we have received your payment and will be despatching your goods. Sometimes these are bounced back to us as people have junk filters on their emails which prevents our message getting through. Please bare that in mind before thinking badly of us! Please READ the listings carefully before asking me a question. Thankyou for considering our products, we hope you find something you like!
