I do not provide refunds unless item is described so badly that I feel a refund is in order. If your item is damaged and you paid for insurance, it will be your responsibility to file the insurance. Save the box your item was shipped in, including all packaging and the item. I will mail the insurance ticket to you. I can not file for insurance without the item, so that is why you have to file it. | |
