I bought a ring that clearly stated it was 14 karat yellow gold , when I got the ring it was clearly pink gold with two opals in it one was broken he did not have that in the listing I asked him for a partial refund which he offered $20. I didn’t think that was fair as he knows that I already bought another opal to replace the broken one. Now he wants the ring back to give some type of refund. Do not buy from this seller. he clearly knows nothing about Jewelry. I’ll eat the cost of the ring..

I apologize for the issues with the ring. I offered a couple partial refunds but buyer refused. I offered refund for return also refused.
