Can I PAY by Credit Card when I DO NOT have or want a PAYPAL Account?
YES. Once you have your total from your invoice of all the items you are purchasing, Go to http://dsewears.com (our Ebay Store) Click on "CREDIT CARD PAYMENT". You will need your to input your credit information: Name on Card / Credit Card Number / Expiration Date / Type of Card / Verification Number on Back of Card / Amount / Shipping Address (You can Only Ship to the Card Billing Address) / E Mail Address / Home Telephone Number. How much is shipping ?
Unless otherwise stated in auction (due to weight or size) Shipping is $6.00 for the first tiem and & 9.00 for 2 or more items to the US for ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITHIN 5 DAYS and PAID IN ONE PAYMENT! Simply wait till all of your listings end and submit just one payment for them all (to receive the COMBINED shipping you will need to pay for all of your items in ONLY ONE SINGLE payment). If you submit multiple payments I cannot apply the flat rate. For bidders INTERNATIONAL (outside the US) shipping is $16.00 for the first tiem and & 3.00 for EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM when items are Purchased within 5 DAYS and PAID IN ONE PAYMENT! This only applies to listings that all end within a 5 day period. Auction end is the date that the auction ended or you used buy it now. I cannot apply the discounted shipping rate to listings that do not end within a 5 day period or are not paid for in a single payment, sorry no exceptions. Some items (heavy, large or odd sized and Lots) may have the shipping price quoted in the item description which will take precedent.
How do I pay for one/multiple items through paypal?
When all of your listings that you are bidding on end you can click the the "pay now" button on any of the listings that you have won OR the gray "pay now" button in the end of auction email from ebay OR the gray "pay now" button on your bidding/watching "my ebay" page. Click this pay now button for any one of the listings that you won from DSE WEARS. If you have any trouble making a single payment please email me and I will send you an invoice that you can use to make payment. Please do not send multiple payments.
Do I have to email you if I plan to bid on multiple items?
No, But we do appreciate hearing if you plan to purchase more items once we have sent you an invoice. You can wait until until all of the auctions (in a 5 day period) end to send an invoice and then you can pay for them all in one payment.
Do you accept checks?
NO, We do Not accept checks.
What shipping method do you use and how long will it take?
Within the US, We ship items usually the next business day Monday through Friday. We ship All items via priority mail with delivery confirmation. Priority mail, unless otherwise stated in listing description, generally takes from 3 to up to 5 business days to arrive. (Business days do not include Sundays or Holidays). We ship international, within 2 business days, items via global prioity when possible (some countries do not allow "priority mail" ie Italy)which usually takes 7 to 14 business days but on some occassions can take as long as 21 business days depending upon the post office and customs. I ship all items in priority envelopes when possible and or discreetly in plain white envelopes. If you would like to reduce the shipping cost you may 1) Pick up the item within 10 days - and pay NO SHIPPING. 2) Pay First Class Shipping Rate ONLY IF WE ARE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF CLOSE OF AUCTION OR PURCHASE. NO ACCEPTIONS.
When will my item be shipped?
US bidders- I will ship most items the within 4 business days, Monday thru Friday, of receiving your cleared payment. International bidders- Your item will be shipped within 5 business days of payment.

Will you ship to an APO/FPO address(US military)
I charge those at APO/FPO addreses the same shipping as all other USA residents. I also ship these items via priority mail with a US Customs form. Thank you for serving our country!
Can you guarantee an item will arrive by a specific date?
No, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please expect US delivery within 10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of confirmed payment for US bidders and 30 business days for bidders outside the US. It is can be sooner, however- we cannot guarantee delivery date for special occasions, etc. So if you have a special occassion please be sure to make your purchase and complete payment 10 (or 30 for international bidders business days before you need the item.
Can you state that my item is a gift on the customs form?
NO. We do list a $5 value per item on the customs form which in most countries makes it exempt from taxes and/or duties. Any taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Is insurance included? No. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. If desired please request in advance a payment. We will be happy to provide an updated invoice. Some item are Required Insurance on breakables and will be noted in descrption.
I bid on an item in one size. Can I change it for another size.?
No, Sorry.. We list every item so alternate sizes may not be available or are available in store at a store listing price. Please view store items for price of alternate sizes. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SIZING. Please Check your measurements BEFORE BIDDING. Thank you.
Can you tell me if a particular item will fit me?
No, however, We do provide measurements in INCHES. We cannot determine weather an item will fit you via email. Every figure is different and we all like our clothes to fit differently as well. You can take your own measurement with any measuring tape. If you require any additional measurements of the item we will be happy to provide them. Most of my items are Junior Sizes and therefore may fit a little smaller. I also have some Misses and Plus Sizes. Please read the item description as the measurements will be noted. But I don't have any measuring tape so how can I measure?
Ebay does has a free measuring tape in PDF format that you can print up and use to check your measurements.
What sizing chart are you using to determine your approximate sizing?
You can view ebays standardized size chart which I use by clicking here Most items come in small medium and large or 1X 2X or 3X. Most are Juniors items so they run a little smaller than Women's sizes. Please check your measurements. I do measure clothing in INCHES (not bra size) and post it in the listings. The item auctioned ended will it be relisted it?
If we have the item available I will re-list it within 1 to 2 weeks and you can check for it in my ebay store by doing a search for the items size. All Items are listed by SIZE. You can click on any of the tags at the top of the auction to bring you straight to the size you are looking for.
Will you end an auction early or add a buy it now price to an auction that does not have one?
Sorry, NO, once an auction starts to be fair to those bidders who might be waiting to bid I do not end auctions early- sorry but absolutely no exceptions. Please check our other listings which may include a BEST OFFER in the listing.
Do you issue refunds ?
We aim to please but In the event that you’re happy with your merchandise Items can be returned within 10 days in new condition with tags attached in original packaging. A refund will be issued for winning bid (shipping is not refundable). To return an item mail it back in its original condition with the tags attached within 10 days to: DSE WEARS - RETURNS or EXCHANGE (whichever applies) 120 West 155th Street, Suite 200, Gardena, CA 90248. You must include your ebay user ID and the item number with your return or I will not know who to send the refund to. International bidders must state that the item is a "customer return" on any customs forms. I send all of my items with delivery confirmation and I recommend using these services when sending items back as I cannot be responsible for items lost and using these services insures your items safe arrival. When I receive your return you'll receive within 10 days a refund via paypal if payment was made by paypal. Returns not in original condition with tags attached or not sent back within 10 days are not accepted and will be returned to sender. Lingerie items are not returnable due to health concerns. Please check your sizing before purchasing or bidding. "BEST OFFERS" ARE NOT RETURNABLE for Refund or Exchange.

We do accept "BEST OFFERS" howevere, please be reasonable. Low ball offers will be ignored because they are not viewed as serious offers. All items are new.
I sent you an email- Why have I not received any email back from you?
I respond to all questions within 24 hours (If we are away or out of reach of a computer temporarily - we always advise of our "out of office" state with a written message on our Home Store Page). We email every bidder first when I receive payment and then again when I ship your item. Email will be sent to the email address that you have on file with ebay. Unfortunately with some email addresses have spam filters or inboxes that are full and/or may block vendors email. You may also have an email address on file with ebay that is invalid. If you have not heard from us this is likely to have happened. In this situation please adjust your spam blocking settings, email receiving settings, ensure that your email in box is not full and check you bulk email folder. Please also check the email you have registered with ebay is correct and then email me again. Please also feel free to call me with any questions 310-901-6817.
