PAYMENT TERMS

 

All customers are required to complete our secure checkout and payment process. Our secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you the choice to pay via Major Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, or Check. Payment must be made in US funds and is due within 10 days of your purchase.

SHIPPING TERMS

 

DY Home Decor maintains an extensive warehouse of first quality products from some of the leading wallpaper and home decor companies in the industry. In addition, we also offer for sale products that are shipped to customers directly from our distributors warehouses. If you have purchased wallpaper before, you are aware that wallpaper retailers do not stock all patterns from every wallpaper book available. Wallpaper is typically ordered form the retailer and shipped from large distribution warehouses maintained by the various wallpaper companies. While we make every effort to assure that the patterns we offer for sale on eBay are not backordered, there may be rare occasions when there will be a delay due to a backorder. The majority of backordered product is available in 1-2 weeks. If you purchase an item that has been placed on backorder, you will be notified immediately of the backorder date and given the option of waiting for your shipment or an immediate refund if you prefer not to wait.

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost for Wallies products are disclosed in the shipping section of each Wallies listing. All other products we offer for sale contain a blue and white shipping calculator like the one shown below. Please click the shipping calculator in the listing in which you would like to determine shipping cost for and you will be given the available shipping options and cost for that item.

A Note about Combined Shipping: We make every effort to combine multiple purchases to save on buyer's shipping cost. All items purchased that ship from the same warehouse will be combined for shipping. If you purchase multiple items that ship from different warehouses, shipping cost will be calculated as multiple shipments and will be combined during checkout into one payable invoice. If you would like a combined shipping quote prior to making your purchases, please email us your ship to city, state, country and zip or postal code, the item numbers and quantity of each item you wish to purchase, and we will respond promptly with a quote.

Notice to International Customers: Any listed delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to mail customs in your country. International customers are responsible for all duty, tax, tariff or brokerage fees that may be due upon delivery of your order (shipping costs cover freight charges only). Please check with your local post office to determine the rules and charges for your country.

Backorders and Discontinued Products: In rare instances, we may have an item that is on backorder or has been suddenly discontinued by the manufacturer. In the case of backorders, you will be notified of the backorder date and given the option to wait for the backorder or cancel your order and receive a full refund. In the case of sudden discontinued items, we will do all possible to find a replacement product for your consideration or we will issue a full refund.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Manufacturer's Warranty: We sell only first quality products! Never seconds! No Mixed Dye Lots! All of our wallpaper products are guaranteed and backed by the full manufacturer's warranty.

Returns: If you wish to return a portion of your order, or even the entire order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to set up an authorized return. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable. In this situation, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges and restocking fees for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges of eligible unopened products returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to qualify for an exchange you must email us with the item(s) you would like to exchange for so that we can immediately put the item(s) on hold. Upon approval, you will be provided with an Exchange Authorization number, return address, and an invoice for any additional amount that may be due. A merchandise credit minus a 20% processing fee will be allowed towards exchanges and any credit that is due will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges and processing fees for exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Upon receiving your order, immediately inspect and examine your entire order before beginning your project. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for instructions on receiving a replacement of the damaged or defective product. Where replacements can not be made, we will issue a full credit back to the original method of payment.

Tip: It is recommended that you purchase an extra double roll of wallpaper or spool of border of the pattern you select. This allows extra product on hand, in the same run number and dye lot to ensure a perfect match, for future repairs.

Do you have more than one of this item available? Yes, we offer multiple quantity purchases for every item that we sell. Look for this Buy-It-Now item link in the listing. This link is located just above the product image and will take you to our multi item eBay store listing where multiple item purchases may be made.

Will all rolls I purchase be from the same dye lot? Yes, All rolls purchased at the same time are guaranteed to be from same dye lot.
How much is shipping cost?
Each of our listings contains a shipping calculator that looks like this. The shipping calculator can be found in the shipping section of all of our listings except for Wallies. Our Wallies listings all contain flat rate shipping charges that may be found in the shipping section of the listing.

Will import taxes/duties be charged upon delivery? (International customers only) Yes, the shipping cost we charge covers freight charges only and does not cover any duty, tax, tariff or brokerage fees that may be due upon delivery of your order. To determine the fees you will be responsible for, we suggest contacting the local post office or government in your area.

Can you mark my package as a gift? (International customers only) No, we are required by law to mark your package appropriately as goods, and the value of your package will automatically be calculated based on the subtotal of your purchase(s).

How do I checkout? You may click the checkout now button below and enter your registered eBay email address and the item number of the item you have purchased to locate your checkout. You will also receive an invoice at your registered eBay email address within one hour after making your purchase that contains a link to your checkout. If you are purchasing items from multiple listings, wait until you have purchased your final item before completing checkout. Any multiple purchases will automatically be combined into one invoice.

How long will it take to receive my package? Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Items that are shipped to US addresses via Priority Mail, First Class Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground will arrive within 2 to 6 days from the date your package is shipped. Normal delivery time for international packages is 7 to 30 days from the date the order is shipped. We are unable to provide a more accurate delivery timeframe for international packages since we have no control over the amount of time it takes for a package to clear mail customs in the country of delivery. Any delays in shipping due to pending stock shipments, backorders, etc. will be advised via email as soon as we become aware of the delay. Please check the item listing for any stated delivery times, as there are items we sell that are made to order and will take additional processing time.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes, we do offer expedited shipping options on most items we sell. Do you offer additional discounts on multiple roll purchases? Yes, we offer case pricing on all wallpaper or border purchases of 12 or more rolls. Additional discounts may also be available for other items. Please contact us for details and pricing.
