Buyers beware, seller is selling damaged items in new boxes. Door does not close properly and huge dent on top. Box was fine when it arrived so it tells me it was re boxed.

This is categorically not true. I have answered the buyers messages promptly and offered two solutions. They demanded I sent out a new fridge but don't want to return the one they say is damaged, nor do they want to offer any evidence of the damage. I am willing to work with every customer. I am happy to have them return it at no cost to them and send a new one. I am not, however, going to be extorted.
