PAYPAL PREFERRED. Credit cards, checks or money orders okay. Personal checks must clear before item is shipped. NO RETURNS. Usually immediate shipping upon receipt of payment unless it is a weekend, holiday or some unexpected circumstance. However due to travel for business, doll shows and appointments, shipping may be delayed 2 or 3 days occasionally. If shipping dates are important, please contact me before buying and I will tell you when your item will be shipped if paid by a certain date.

International buyers are always welcome at Dales Doll Shop. First class international is the least expensive method of shipping internationally but there is no tracking nor insurance available with this service.  Also, delivery can take as long as 12 weeks due to processing in customs.  First class international is processed as time allows. 

Priority Mail is a good option, tracking number in case of loss (not real-time tracking), some insurance included, processed promptly.

Express Mail is an excellent service but most expensive.  It is processed on a high priority basis by postal and customs officials.  $100.00 insurance is automatically included.
