            we quality check every item before we send it, counting every strand and weighing every bag. We would never sell you anything that we ourselves would not buy. quality is something that we take pride in.  we guarantee your satisfaction.  please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any problem with your order.

                  customer service is our #1 priority. if you have any questions or comments, please pass them on. if you need a specific item, or have an idea for us, let us know! we want to be that one stop bead shop. we are growing steadily, but can't do it without knowing what our customers want. 

                  shipping is very simple with us.  we charge a $2.50 flat shipping and handling fee on all US and Canadian orders.  if you buy one item, shipping is $2.50.  if you buy more than one item and they ship together, the shipping is $2.50.

                  we now ship Worldwide!!!  as with our US and Canadian orders, we charge a flat shipping fee.  international shipping is $6.50 for your total order (as long as it ships together!). please note that some international purchases may take up to 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. we only accept PayPal on international orders. if you have any questions on our shipping policies please e-mail us. 

           please wait for an invoice to insure proper shipping charges.

                 we expect all payments to be made within 7 days of auction end, unless you still have pending auctions or you have worked out a different schedule with us.  we will report any auctions not paid for within 10 days to ebay.

            we leave feedback for every one of our buyers.  we hope you will do the same for us.  your feedback is important to us. we want to know how we are doing, and you will help other potential buyers know how you feel about us.
