 | | Frequently Asked Questions | | | Q: What is your return policy? | | | A: We accept returns only under one of the 2 following circumstances:
1. If the item is defective.
2. If we send you the wrong item.
We apologize that we are unable to refund international (non-USA) shipping fees under ANY circumstances. | | Q: Do you combine shipping? | | | A: Yes!! at this time, ebay's system isn't set up to handle our rates automatically. In general; in the US 1st pound is $4.00, then $1 for each additional pound with media mail. International, we charge actual postage + $2.50 USD packaging & handling. For international orders, we also offer an option with no cases for $13.50 10 cd's or dvd's. | | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A: We usually ship twice weekly, on Tuesday & Friday In the US, for first class an AVERAGE is 5 days from mailing, & 14 days with media mail. International varies wildly, based on your country's customs office. International delivery can range anywhere from 7-60 days. Italy & South America are the worst. Canada varies considerably & sometimes is slow. | | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? | | | A: For a single standard weight cd or dvd:
$3.00 USA
$4.50 Canada
$8.00 Rest Of The World
Heavier items are usually higher. | | Q: Do you ship internationally? | | | A: Yes, gladly! We do REQUIRE insurance to ship to the following countries:
1. Italy
2. Ireland
3. Former USSR Countries
4. Eastern Europe (Hungary, Poland, etc)
5. South America
7. Malta | | Q: What Is A Cutout? | | | A: If you're not familiar with cutouts - when a record label deletes a title, they put a punch or slice in the cover or jewel box to prevent returns for credit by unscrupulous retailers. Often, this is the only way to acquire an out of print item. It doesn't harm the record or cd. Sometimes the record company will also put a punch in a promo item. | | Q: Does Your Shipping & Handling Include Customs Fees And Taxes? | | | A: No. Many countries will charge you a duty tax on delivery. That is the buyer's responsibility. This issue does not effect USA buyers. | | Q: What About Broken Jewelcases? | | | A: Due to yearly fee increases from the USPS, our box vendor & ebay's shipping cap, we have had to move from a cd shipping box to bubble mailers. On some occasions, a jewelcase may crack in the mail. As they are a 25 cent item, we don't guarantee jewelcase condition. We do use boxes for digipacks, & you can request a box rather then a mailer for $1.00 | | Q: How Does Your Optional Insurance Work? | | | A: We use a vendor called U-Pic. They ask that we never mark your package as insured (the exception is international shipments). We can file claims for damaged orders immediately. For lost orders we must wait 30 days from mailing in the USA, 45 internationally, & 60 days to Italy. If a claim is needed, we just need a signed statement from you. | | Q: What Condition is Your Item? Any Scratches Or Punches? | | | A: Please make sure you read our description, NOT ebay's prefilled information. If we do not mention condition, the item is mint-, with no known scratches, punches or cuts. We will list any defects known to us in the body of the description. | | Q: Is This CD An Early Target Or Made In Japan Collector's Edition? | | | A: If so, we will clearly spell it out in the listing! | | Q: To What Countries Are You Not Able To Offer Insurance? Part 1 | | | A: As of 5/26/09 U-Pic will not insure packages to the following countries. As such, we can not guarantee delivery to: Afghanistan,
Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria,

However, at times ebay's "pre-filled information" may be wrong. We stand 100% by the information that WE WRITE in the description; but we can not & will not guarantee the accuracy of what ebay writes. |
