Everything about the buying process was great from day 1 when i went to meet Richard Hughes to test drive the vehicle. He did not pressure me one bit when i was there or on the phone afterwards upon going back 3 weeks later and purchasing the vehicle. He was also very friendly and he talked to me as if i known him for years. He introduced me to a lot of other people at the dealership who were also very nice.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased with Mark in sales and Jean in the finance department. As always, they are the best. Mark and Jean are both honest, pleasant, and always consummate professionals. We choose to do business with Daniels because of them. Unfortunately, they have a new sales manager who carries on like a cheap, sleazy, used car salesman. He is rude, unprofessional, and definitely not what one expects when purchasing a BMW. He is not of the caliber of the rest of the high quality Daniels staff we have come to know.

I was interested in purchasing a new, 2011 BMW 328xi so my wife and I went to Daniels BMW to test-drive the vehicle. After comparing pricing from other BMW dealers, Daniels was by far the most competitive. We ordered the vehicle in January, bracing ourselves for the 8 week wait! During the wait, my persistent (bordering on annoying) phone calls and emails were all answered by Chris immediately and without any sign of frustration. Chris also allowed me to come in to test-drive a second vehicle while mine was on-order, just to make sure I chose the right car. Upon the vehicle’s arrival, Chris made sure the car was immaculate and took his time at delivery, even staying after the dealership closed and every employee had left to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle.

We worked with Chris from day one and he made this buying experience completely “pain-free!” In fact, it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Special kudos to Jean as well! She really made the paperwork process fast, simple, and enjoyable! She also recommended the additional protection for the tires and wheels which will prove to be invaluable!

Thanks to the entire Daniels team! My wife and I will definitely be returning to purchase another BMW!

Let me start off by saying this is the first time I have purchased a BMW car. I actually owned a motorcycle first and decided to look into their cars/SUVs when my wife's lease came due.

First we decided to look for a certified X3. The experience with Daniels BMW and Dave Hackett specifically was fantastic. There was never any "pressure sales" and when there was an opportunity with a car becoming available Dave was sure to let us know. What I really appreciated is that Dave used technology to communicate with my wife and I the way we preferred. Whether it was via email, text message or phone he was sure to use the method that worked best for us. We ended up purchasing a CPO 2007 X3 and have been very satisfied with the vehicle.

In fact I was so satisfied that I placed an order (after multiple, likely annoying visits to the dealership) for my 2011 335i xDrive in late December. Dave explained the entire process and helped me work out a great deal with BMW Financial. He explained my options for European delivery as well as South Carolina. He guided me through how to follow my car during production and was always helpful when asked for silly things (like which boat my car is on). I just took delivery of that car the other day and (after a long lesson on the iDrive system) I got to bring it home. I am thrilled with this car and the buying experience. I expect (so long as BMW keeps making great cars) to buy my next car from Daniels BMW.

On a side note, we have had limited service required but there was an issue with exhaust lifters on the X3. The dealership arranged for a loaner and took care of the problem under the CPO warranty. It is the kind of issue that I could imagine many other dealerships telling the customer that they can't see the issue and avoiding fixing the root cause. I was very pleased with the way that the service adviser dealt with the issue (and my wife).

This was the second BMW I've leased from Daniels. I had the pleasure of working with the same sales consultant who knew exactly what I was looking for (even though I initially didn't). He walked me through all of the available options and gave very much appreciated opinion on the utility and value of each, which ended up saving me a few bucks in the process. It's the honesty, at the expense of a higher purchase price for Daniels, that will bring me back for the next one.

I recommend you see Greg Clark, a sales person extraordinaire! We purchased a used car and he helped us decide what our needs were, not just what was available. This was a considerable feat since, I was trying to buy a car that can be used with handicapped equipment. He is also a good person and trustworthy, the antithesis of a used car salesman. He's been always reliable and responsive to our needs. Keeping good humor throughout the process, even through all my repeat questions. We could not have had a better salesperson help us!

I have rated this dealer and its salesperson as First class all the way. I found this car online, upon calling, I was immediately placed with a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. I told him which vehicle I had in mind, He was able to provide me all the dealer service records, as well as having a detailed knowledge of the exact car I was interested in. I live about 4 hours from the dealership, after speaking with Dick Hughes extensively about the car, I decided it was worth my time to take a look at this car. Upon arriving at a very open and friendly showroom, I was greeted warmly and offered fresh hot beverages. It was a nice surprise to find a modern sleek automotive dealership when most have a cold,tasteless decor. Mr.Hughes was quick in his response to my arrival. We went out,I found the car to be better than described in every aspect, from paint to interior the car was mint. My local bank had made an error in my loan application, so I had applied and was approved through BMW-America, My bank upon realizing the mistake, offered me a loan at twice the interest rate as BMW. I am unable to appropriately describe the extreme level of detail paid to every step from the test drive to final signing of paperwork, other than to say Superb. They have called me to verify I am still satisfied with my car, which I am completely. When the time comes to purchase another BMW I will be taking the 4 hour drive to Daniels.
