PayPal Express Checkout is a completely separate checkout system which keeps your financial information in the PayPal system:  You access PayPal Express checkout from our Checkout page on our website, where their system collects the checkout information that it needs, and processes your payment on the PayPal site; then your address and email address only is passed to our system.

 

Our checkout system (not PayPal Express checkout) requires that you have a telephone number in your ship-to address setting in eBay.  Telephone number is a required field in our checkout system, so customers will receive an error message if they have not specified a phone number in their eBay settings. The smooth way to checkout, is to have the telephone number present.

 

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH CHECKOUT:  If you can pay by PayPal, simply use "send money" in PayPal to send the amount on the invoice that you've received, to this email address (click here).  Specify the eBay item number.

RETURN POLICIES & WARRANTIES: 

Data Alliance warrants against "DOA" ("dead-on-arrival") and defects of all products. 

 

Regarding wireless cards:  Read this to make determination of whether the card has a defect or the issue is resolvable.

 

Any DOA or defective item should be returned (e.g., in transit on it's way back) within 3 days of your receipt of the item, with us having been informed of the issue. Please include a brief description of issue in the parcel (preferably a copy of correspondence with us).   Please always include your eBay ID in correspondence.
