* We ship to all US states, territories, P.O. Boxes, military & APO addresses. 

   The US shipping fees quoted in the listings apply to all states, territories, PO box & APO / military.

* All items are shipped USPS: Small items shipped first class.  14 ounces  or more are shipped priority mail. 

* Confirmation/tracking # and link provided automatically by email - and you can find your tracking# in our shipping database

     The email with your tracking information will have this subject line:  "Data Alliance llc has sent you a package"  

     If you believe that you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.        Track your parcel on USPS.com.     

     If the tracking information says "USPS has been informed by the shipper to expect a package" and has no further updated information:  There is no need to worry. 

     USPS often does not scan the barcode on the parcels until the parcel either reaches its destination locality or is delivered.

 

Items purchased on monday, tuesday & friday before 12PM will be shipped the same day (except holidays and rare circumstances).  Items purchased on tuesday, thursday and weekends will be shipped the next business day.   First class mail 1 - 5 business days in most cases.    A large percentage of shipments take only 2-3 days, even across the country.  It is rare that a shipment takes longer than five days, but it does occasionally happen. 

 

Items over 13 ounces are automatically upgraded to priority mail.  This applies to any item that weighs 14 oucnes.   Also, if the total shipment weights 14 ounces or more, we will automatically upgrade the shipping to priority mail.  For smaller items:  The default mail-type is first class, but can be upgraded to priority by choosing to pay the additional fee during checkout.

If you choose Priority Mail for the largest item, and regular first class for additional items:  We will ship the whole order by priority and your shipping fee will be much lower.

 

OPTIONAL SHIPPING WARRANTY: 

I warrant against lost or damaged packages if you purchase the optional warranty. 

Purchase price plus shipping will be refunded in full.  If you do not opt for the shipping warranty, I am not

responsible for lost or damaged items.   US shipments:   If you would like the shipping warranty,

add $1.00 to your payment for items up to $50, $2 for items $51-100, and $3 for over $100.

All items are stocked in the UK for shipment to customers in the UK and Western Europe

We ship to all of UK at standard rates quoted in the listings, which include shipping insurance.    

All shipments of wireless cards are shipped with trackability and insurance. 

Purchases over 8 ounces are (ordinarily) shipped by Special Delivery to UK customers.  This is a one-day shipping service with trackability and insurance.  

 

S&H fees for customers in the UK are higher as compared to the fees to the US, to cover the various costs involved in

shipping & maintaining inventory in Europe, and includes UK VAT which is paid by Data Alliance LLC when

the goods are imported into the UK.  This eliminates customs delays in the UK, and reduces or eliminates customs delays

in other EU countries.

 

SHIPPING WARRANTY:   Shipping rates to UK customers, as quoted in my listings, include shipping insurance. 

We warrant against lost or damaged packages shipped in the UK, with no additional charge beyond the rates quoted in the listings. 

Purchase price plus shipping will be refunded in full.   

 
EUROPE   REDDOT  SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

All items are shipped from inventory in the UK, to customers all European countries:

 

We ship to all of Europe at standard rates quoted in the listings, which include shipping insurance.

Shipments to Western Europe for purchases that exceed $30 are shipped by a trackable, priority service.  All

purchases with a sales price of $30 or higher have the cost of this service included in the fee. 

 

S&H fees for customers in Europe are higher as compared to the fees to the US, to cover the various costs involved

in shipping inventory in Europe, and includes EU VAT which is paid by Data Alliance when the goods are imported

into the UK.  This reduces or eliminates customs delays in EU countries. 

 
CANADA  *  SHIPPING POLICIES / RATES

All items are stocked in Ontario for shipping to customers in Canada:  No customs delays. 

We utilize a very professional, extremely reliable fulfillment service in Canada, which ships parcels to our Canadian customers from

Ontario, the business day after you place your order.  We use Canadian mail.

 

S&H fees in the listings include the costs that Data Alliance has incurred to ship inventory into Canada from our base of operations in

Tucson, USA:  Shipping cost, customs brokerage, GST.  This is why the S&H fees for Canada are higher than for U.S. customers.

SHIPPING WARRANTY:   Shipping insurance is included in the rates quoted in the listings, for shipping to Canadian customers

(e.g., there is no additional amount to pay for insurance).  Data Alliance warrants against lost or damaged packages shipped to Canadian

customers.  In the event of loss, purchase price plus shipping will be refunded in full. 

 
AUSTRALIA  / NZ  *  SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

Most orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail:  This includes most orders that include multiple items, and any order that includes a WiFi card.

Large orders (over $150) will be shipped by Express Mail.     Very small orders are shipped by first-class airmail.

SHIPPING WARRANTY:   Rates for shipping to Australia quoted in our listings include shipping insurance Data Alliance warrants against lost or damaged packages shipped to Australia/ NZ.  In the event of loss, purchase price plus shipping will be refunded in full. 

 
LATIN AMERICA  *  SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

Brazil & Costa Rica:  Most orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail:  This includes most orders that include multiple items, and any order that includes a WiFi card.

Large orders (over $150) will be shipped by Express Mail.     Very small orders are shipped by first-class airmail. 

MEXICO:  Small orders will be shipped from within Mexico (by EstaFeta or PITIC) for $8.   Large orders may be shipped from the USA or from within Mexico.  If shipped within Mexico, IVA tax (10%) must be added to the total.  We have an office in downtown Nogales, Sonora where orders can be picked-up:  IVA tax must be paid if picked up or shipped within Mexico.

SHIPPING WARRANTY:   Rates for shipping to Latin America are equal to the Australia rates quoted in our listings, and include shipping insurance Data Alliance warrants against lost or damaged packages shipped to Latin America.  In the event of loss, purchase price plus shipping will be refunded in full.

BULK INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We will ship bulk quantities to any country.*  Please email for quote.   Buyer is responsible for any import taxes.

*In the event that your ship-to location is an area not served by USPS Express Mail or DHL, we reserve the right to refund your

payment rather than ship the product.  Such cases are very rare.  If your country is covered by PayPal, we can very likely ship to you.

COMBINED SHIPPING fee discount policies:

Most of our customers purchase multiple items in each visit to our store, and so to make your shopping & checkout process easier and faster, we provide low per-item prices and shipping fees - to save you the step of having to ask for a discount for multi-purchase/combined shipping.  Additionally, we provide automated shipping discounts, as described below.

 

Automated Shipping Discounts

Additionally, we provide automated discounts in the invoicing/checkout process for any purchase involving multiple items:  We automate the process of providing such discounts as much as possible so that you do not have to send a request by email or eBay-message in order to receive the discount.

Two types of automated fee-discounting:   All of our items-listings have automated fee-discounting so that you will automatically receive a discount on the invoice for a purchase of a quantity of the same item, and many of our items-listings have automated fee-discounting for purchase of more than one type of item (this latter type of discount is provided in our newer listings).  The automated multi-item discount is $1 per additional item-type.   If the multi-item discount is not provided automatically, we will provide the discount when providing an invoice (in response to a customer's request for an invoice during checkout).
