How do I pay for my Ebay item?
We accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Payment must be received within seven days of auction end. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. You must complete the checkout process even if you are paying by sending a check or money order. If paying with check or money order, please print payment summary page and include with payment.

The Lampo Group, Inc. and Dave Ramsey recognize that the Visa and MasterCard virtual monopoly on the debit card industries and PayPal prohibits merchants from only taking debit cards. As such, it is impossible for us to ensure that every order has complied with our debit card policy. We trust that all of our customers hold EXCEEDINGLY high levels of INTEGRITY and maintain EXTRAORDINARILY high standards of TRUTH and HONESTY. Basically, anyone ordering from us who does not follow this policy is a shady and dishonest character. Don't put yourself in this group. You're better than that. Stick to our policy, NO CREDIT CARDS, and make us all happy.


How do I complete my order on Ebay?
Winning bidders pay for their Dave Ramsey Auction using our secure online checkout process. We will calculate sales tax and add shipping during the checkout process. Please allow up to ten minutes after confirmation of your purchase to access checkout. You may pay for your item either by returning to the eBay auction and clicking the "Checkout Now!" button (below the product image) or you may click through the payment link found in your winning bid confirmation email. Simply follow the online instructions to complete your checkout. You must complete the checkout process even if you are paying by sending a check or money order. You will have seven days from the end of the auction to complete your checkout.

Once you have completed checkout, you will receive a second email containing your order number and order total. If paying with check or money order, please print payment summary page and include with payment.

If you experience problems with checkout or you have not received your confirmation email (allow up to 6 hours after auction ends for the email to arrive), you may contact Customer Service by email at ebaysupport@daveramsey.com.


How long will my order take to deliver?
We quickly process orders in 1-2 days. We ship using USPS Priority, and you can expect delivery within 7 business days from purchase in the U.S. 48 contiguous states.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We ship using USPS Priority rates. There is a shipping calculator on all auction pages. This rate will be based on your zip code.


Can I combine my auctions into a single order?
You can combine separate auctions into a single order. This will be done in the checkout process.

How will I know what taxes will be applied to my order?
The Dave Ramsey Outlet is required to charge sales tax in Tennessee where we have retail stores or other operations. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws. The taxable total includes any charges for shipping/handling as well.

Sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout based upon the shipping destination of your order.
