How long will my order take to deliver?
We quickly process orders in 1-3 days. We offer a variety of shipping options ranging from UPS Ground to USPS Priority or Media Mail. Depending on your choice of method you can expect delivery within 7-10 business days from purchase in the U.S. 48 contiguous states.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Single items or a combination of items totalling over $65 qualify for our free shipping service. Most items are set with a default shipping service based on weight or dimensions. There is an automatic shipping calculator located within each item that will figure the exact shipping cost. This rate will be based on your zip code.

Can I combine my auctions into a single order?
You can combine separate auctions into a single order. This will be done in the checkout process and your discounted shipping rate will be automatically figured.

How will I know what taxes will be applied to my order?
The Dave Ramsey Outlet is required to charge sales tax in any state where we have retail stores or other operations. Sales tax is automatically applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws. The taxable total includes any charges for shipping/handling as well.

Sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout based upon the shipping destination of your order.

We Can Fulfill Your International Order

Duty and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada. Applicable duties and taxes are not calculated or charged during checkout. The Broker selected by us will determine the applicable duties and taxes upon importation into Canada.

By ordering goods from us you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by us to act as your agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (GBSA) to clear your merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes. The amount of duty and tax owed on the shipment will be invoiced to the recipient by the Broker via their invoice. The recipient will be responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance fees invoiced.
