Our guarantee is simply this - "If you do it, it works! If you don't do it, it won't work! If you will work the program, you won't want your money back. If you don't work the program, you don't get your money back."

If the merchandise is unopened (such as a kit) or is an undamaged book, we will refund the entire purchase price, but not the shipping costs. A receipt must accompany all returns. Auction items cannot be returned after 30 days.
