If you are not an approved reseller, we request that you immediately stop selling any products owned or copyrighted by The Lampo Group, Inc.

Search Manipulation/Brand Name Misuse
Search manipulation (using unrelated brands in a listing title in order to attract people searching for those items) is a misuse of brands that sellers should avoid. Such search manipulation is prohibited by eBay policy and repeated violations can result in the suspension of your eBay account. Certain uses of brand names may also constitute trademark infringement and could expose sellers to legal liability.

Item Description and Picture Theft
eBay members are not allowed to use another eBay user's pictures or descriptions in their listings or About Me page without the owner's permission. Listings that violate eBay's Picture and Description Theft policy may be removed early.

Sellers may use our name in reference to place of purchase and/or as the manufacturer of a listed product. The Lampo Group has not given permission for you to use our name in any way that may lead a shopper to believe you are a representative of or in some way affiliated with Dave Ramsey.

We request that you immediately stop using any materials copyrighted by The Lampo Group such as pictures and product descriptions from our web sites.
