SHIPPING
We always combine shipping to save you money when possible. Please see the shipping tab or section of the listing for additional information about the shipping rates.
If purchasing multiple (different eBay listings) items, once you are finished shopping please wait until you have received our invoice before paying. Do not pay from the automatically generated eBay invoice if purchasing multiple items unless you have checked it for the correct total. Feel free to request a total if you want to alert us that you are done shopping.
If you pay for items separately, they will ship separately. This is a eBay rule for sellers. Once paid separately, we cannot combine the shipments.
We generally ship Monday - Friday and our deadline for daily shipments is about 7AM CST. Items paid by that time will ship that day, if paid after that time they will ship the next shipping day. This is for all shipments regardless of type (including Priority or Express). We ship via the Postal Service and do not ship during a Postal Holiday or times posted such as vacations and store closures. Although rare, bad weather and network connectivity may also affect the shipping schedule.
Tracking numbers will show in your purchase history section.
NON PAYMENTS
We don't like to open non payment cases. However, eBay does charge us fees to list and fees when items are sold, so we do use the automatic eBay system to close out non paid purchases. This action is automatic and will occur about 8 days after purchase if a item is not paid for. The "Buy It Now" button commits you to a purchase and you have placed a order. We cannot send a cancellation once eBay opens the non payment case.
Buying 2 - Paying for 1
Please make sure you are not double purchasing items in error or by mistake. The "Buy It Now" button is not the same as the "Cart" button. The "Buy It Now" button commits you to a purchase and you have placed a order. Please ask us to cancel a accidental double purchase before eBay generates a non payment case for the purchase. We cannot send a cancellation once eBay opens the non payment case. We can only send a cancellation on a accidental purchase if a buyer requests it and before a non payment case is opened by eBay. All your purchases will show in your purchase history if you are in doubt. If you need help, just ask us and we will be happy to assist you.
