When are orders processed?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. More specifically, orders are process every weekday at about 8:00 PM Pacific Time (California, USA). The weekday orders are mailed with the first morning pickup the next day. Orders are also processed at about 12:00 noon on Saturdays and mailed with the last Saturday pickup. You will receive an shipping confirmation email when your order has been processed
FedEx orders are given special attention. As long as the order is received before 3:00 PM Pacific Time it is usually shipped the same day.
If you bought presale cards for a new set the cards will be shipped between the release date to release date + 3 unless you bought foils. Foil presale cards are shipped about one week after release date.
When will I get my cards?
First-class mail in the USA usually takes 2-5 days. Priority Mail in the USA takes 2-3 days. Transit time for First-class mail international varies. Normal is 1-2 weeks. Priority Mail International should take 6-10 days. Sometimes International mail is slower. For example, mail to Italy is often slow. Sometimes Italian mail arrives in as fast as other countries, other times it is delayed up to 8 weeks.
Please recognize that I can not control the speed of the postal service. EBay now gives a fee discount for high ratings. My shipping speed rating (4.7/5.0) is too low to get the discount even though I ship as fast as possible. I suspect that sometimes the mail is delayed (especially international mail) and I am penalized for the postal delay. Please check the post mark date to see when I mailed it and rate me accordingly.
I just paid and noticed my address is wrong. Can you ship to a different address?
Sorry, but no. I am required to ship to the PayPal address. If necessary I can refund your payment and you can pay again with the correct shipping address in PayPal.
