What are your shipping terms?
All orders must be shipped to the same billing and shipping address.  International Shipments: You are still responsible for all Fees, including Taxes & Duties - which will be charged upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost. Please contact your local customs office to determine your estimated fees. These shipments will not be marked as gifts and are shipped as merchandise with actual purchase prices. Fortunately, we offer very low pricing on our items to lessen the burden on you. Top Of Page

When will my item ship?
DealYard normally ships items within 1-2 business days from the day that payment is received. A UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped.Top Of Page

When will my item arrive?
The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 3-7 days of shipment. Top Of Page

Can I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with either a UPS tracking number or a USPS delivery confirmation number when your order leaves our facility or you can log in to your account. Top Of Page

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. Please note the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and import charge that may incur. We ship via UPS Standard and USPS International services to Canada. We encourage the use of UPS Expedited which offers 3 - 5 day transit throughout Canada, which includes the brokerage fee as part of the shipping charge. Top Of Page

We ship internationally to certain countries. Please note the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and import chargea that may incur. Top Of Page

Do you charge sales tax?
DealYard does not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of New York. However, state law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York. Top Of Page

What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I check the status of my order?
After you purchase an item you will receive a Thank You email acknowledging we have received your order. When your package leaves our facility, you will receive another email to let you know that the order has shipped. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number to allow you to track your package. Top Of Page

What is your Return Policy?
Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 21 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by DealYard and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number there is no way for us to verify it was shipped if we do not receive it. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price of the item. If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by DealYard. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition. Defective products are eligible for exchange only. In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges. Return Shipping Charges:

If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of DealYard, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's economy ground return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:

  • The product received was not what was ordered
  • The product received was defective (and you have contacted us within 21 days of receipt)
