SHIPPING INFORMATION

We only ship to verified/confirmed addresses, no exceptions. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. We understand that eBay has various shipping options, we will try our best to ship with your prefered method. We will honor what you paid for, speed of the carrier will not change.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses unless we are contacted ahead of time and it is authorized. Keep in mind there is a surcharge to ship to these types of addresses.

Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you are at the ship address to sign for the package.

We typically ship between 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not considered 'business days'. This processing time is required for all shipments -- express shipments, as well as standard shipments. Please call us directly to speak with a representative if you need your package to be shipped urgently.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver to your address. If this happens you will be charged additional shipping charges due to shipping the package back and forth. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package upon purchasing. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect.

PLEASE NOTE: An up to date phone number is required. Please make sure your info on eBay/PayPal includes a valid phone number.

Domestic Shipping
Please read the above general shipping policies and also note:
If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, there is a surcharge as these States have higher shipping rates than the underlying states. The surcharge varies on the package weight and size, we will not charge anymore than what is directly quoted from the carrier.

Our primary carrier is UPS, please keep in mind that you may receive a tracking number throughout the day. This means you may receive a tracking number at 3PM or 12noon. The tracking number will not update until 10PM local time, due to how UPS operates. If it passed the 48HR mark, and your tracking number has not updated, please contact us ASAP, as there may be an issue internally via UPS.

International Shipping

International Customers are more than welcome! We currently offer shipping to over 120 countries, please contact for shipping info.

International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue. Deals All Year assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries. Every international shipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to find out what is holding it. We have no way of giving you better information when a package is delayed by customs. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

Please keep in mind, we here at Deals All Year have no super powers. Certain delays, such as weather or carrier related issues, we cannot control. Unfortuneately we cannot issue a refund or a discount due to these reasons. However, we will be willing to work with you for any future purchases.
