You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item to authorize refund and obtain R.A.N (return authorization number). No returns without prior authorization. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to obtain money back refund.

Item must be shipped back to us via original shipping company, with insurance covering full purchase price. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any item during return transit.

Due to the excessive delays and tax charges that may be imposed by customs and excise, we do not offer refunds on international shipments and purchases.
