We answer all emails within 24 hours and sometimes within minutes. PLEASE check to make sure your junk filter is not set too high. If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will email you.

WHERE TO SEND PAYMENTS

Go through the regular checkout system and the payment information is provided.  When sending payment by methods other than Paypal, be sure to include the item number and your name and correct mailing address for shipping.  We will email you once payment is received and when the item has been shipped.

We ship all orders  within 24 hours after receipt of payment.  We ship by USPS, Mon-Fri and also on Saturdays whenever possible.  Delivery times are determined by the carrier, your delivery location, weather conditions and the efficiency of your delivery carrier.  PACKAGES UNDER 13 OZ. ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS MAIL AND SHOULD ARRIVE WITHIN 2 TO 5 DAYS. PACKAGES MORE THAN 13OZ. ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL AND SHOULD ARRIVE WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada only.

NOTE: There are additional fees charged to Sellers for shipping out of the continental US.  These processing fees are included in all shipping and handling costs.

PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL  OR GLOBAL PRIORITY DEPENDING ON SIZE AND WEIGHT.

 SHIPMENTS to CANADA SHOULD ARRIVE IN 7 TO 16 DAYS BUT USPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THESE TIMES. WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE YOUR PACKAGE WILL SHIP OUT OF OUR HANDS WITHIN 24 HOURS. MOST DELAYS ARE CAUSED BY CUSTOMS SERVICE.

CANADA SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

We do combine shipping on multiple items bought from our store to save you some money. Usually 50% or more. Email us for a quote before you purchase the items.  Additional shipping costs for multiple purchases of the same item are noted in the description.   Once you have chosen all items, email us to let us know you have completed your shopping, and we will send a combined invoice with the shipping discount included.  We manually adjust the shipping costs on your invoice.  WE WILL INVOICE YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FILTER.

WARNING: THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW CUSTOMERS CHANGING THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE TO WHAT THEY THINK IT SHOULD BE WHEN PAYING BY PAYPAL. THIS PRACTICE IS ONLY GOING TO DELAY THE SHIPMENT TO YOU.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We strive for customer satisfaction. RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS: After we have received your returned item,you will be refunded your original purchase price.

 RETURNS OTHER THAN DEFECTIVE: If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, email us to let us know you are returning the item and we will refund the purchase price of your item less our actual shipping cost , IF it is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.  You assume the cost of shipping your item back to us.  Ship it back to our address - its on the shipping label and invoice.  Make sure we have some way of identifying your package when it comes back (item/auction number and your name,Ebay ID).  We will refund your money via Paypal or company check.

EXCHANGES:  If you made a mistake in ordering the wrong size,color,etc.,please email us at molley26@hotmail.com  and we will work with you. In most cases an exchange will be just our actual shipping cost to send the item back to you.

Note:  If a product is defective we must be notified within 3 days of delivery date. Defective items returned will receive a complete refund of your purchase price. 

Any items sold with a factory warranty replacement must be made through the manufacturer.

  FEEDBACK & UNPAID ITEM DISPUTES

Our system automatically leaves feedback WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEM. 

 IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM US,WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOUR BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM US A POSITIVE ONE. 

eBay charges us sales commissions on every closed store or auction - whether you pay or not.  The Unpaid Item Dispute process is the only way for us to recover those fees when a transaction is not completed.   eBay has changed their policy.  We must report ALL incomplete transactions to eBay in order to recover our seller fees.  All purchases are to be paid within 7 days.  If you are sending payment by mail let us know this.

You should know eBay's rules.  Bidding on an auction is a binding agreement to purchase the item, if you are the winning bidder.  eBay will suspend users who receive 3 "non-paying bidder" strikes.

If you are one of the thousands of bidders who close out auctions and store items just for fun and then ignore all of our emails, we will file a strike against you to discourage this behavior in the future.  This practice costs us and other sellers both time and money.

We return emails within 24 hours and in some cases within minutes.

We get some questions with request for information that may require us to send an attachment to the email. WE WILL NEED YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS. Ebay does not allow attachments to emails through their email system . We have to send it via our email system.
