Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns if notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. If we have made an error in the listing, we will pay the shipping both ways; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping.
Q: Do you offer a combined shipping discount?
A: We are more than happy to combine shipping to help save you money and us time. Shipping quotes are based on actual combined weight of the items purchased and the cost of packaging materials. We request that you wait for a combined invoice when asking for shipping discounts.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we appreciate our international customers. We complete customs forms honestly stating that the item is ‘merchandise’ and listing the high bid as the value. Please do not ask that your item be marked as a gift or that the value be reduced.
Q: How often do you ship?
A: We ship 6 days a week, normally within 24 hours of receiving payment. In the case of echecks, merchandise will be held until Paypal clears the payment. Payments made by mailed personal checks will also result in merchandise being held until the check clears our bank.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Depending on the mode of shipment it could take anywhere from 2 days to a few weeks for your order to arrive. For domestic destinations, USPS is our shipper for small packages and UPS for heavier items, unless you request otherwise. All International packages are shipped by USPS. Priority Mail and First Class items can be expected to arrive in 2-5 days, Parcel Post and Media Mail items can take a good bit longer to get to you. UPS items should arrive within 6 days or less.
Q: Are your items from a non-smoking home?
A: Yes, we are a smoke-free home, so all our items are stored free of smoke and odors. We do however purchase most, if not all of our stock at Auctions, Estate Sales, Tag and yard sales, so we cannot guarantee that they have always been smoke-free. We do our best to locate items without odors or other problems, and will state such deficiencies in our listings if they should appear.
Q: Do you leave feedback?
A: Yes, we are more than happy to leave positive feedback once we know an item has been safely received. We leave our feedback in bulk once or twice a week.
