Unlike most of the people selling coffee on ebay, I am a full time coffee roaster. Everything I sell has been roasted by me and I pack all my roasted product in heat sealed coffee bags with degassing valves. These bags allow gas to escape but will not allow air to get in. This is the most expensive way to store coffee, but it is the proper way to protect roasted coffee from its two enemies: Air and Light.
