A:We charge a $5 color exchange fee. Q:How does your combined shipping policy work?
A:We combine shipping for all the items you win within 7 days period, so please wait till the end to ask us to send you a combined invoice and pay altogether to take advantage of the combined shipping deal. Each additional item you buy, you save $2.95 off original S/H charge.
Q:How long should it take for me to receive my item?
A:We ship within 1-4 business days. Normal delivery date for domestic first class is 4-7 days, for air mail international is 2-4 weeks, however we can not promise a date since the shipping process is undertaken by USPS over which we have no jurisdiction.
Q:My item arrived to me broken, what do I do now?
A:Please send us a picture of the defective item to sales@delicatespiritsbridal.com along with your item number and we will get back to you with a resolution.
Q:I sent back my item for a return, what is the status of it?
A:You should have received a “transaction closure agreement” from us stating that we would like to close the transaction with you. This is simply to get our ebay fees refunded. Please go ahead to close the dispute. Once the dispute is closed, we will refund you according to our refund policies within 48 hours.
Q:What if I haven't received a "transaction closure agreement" e-mail from you in order to get my refund?
A:This just means we have yet to received your return. As soon as we do, it will be processed immediately.
Q:I sent back my item for an exchange, what is the status of it?
A:Once we receive the item back, we will process the new item to ship to you. You will receive an email in your ebay registered email account about new shipment information. If you have not received such email, that means we have not received the returned item yet, please be patient for as soon as we receive it, we will process it.
Q:When will you leave me feedback?
A:Our system leaves feedback automatically once a week for those buyers who have left us positive feedbacks. If you have left us positive feedback, please be patient, positive feedback will be left in a week, thanks.
Q:My veil arrived wrinkled, how do I get them out?
A:To get the wrinkles out, you can set iron or steamer on synthetic or silk.
Q:I would like a veil swatch of your veil colors, how do I get this?
A:If you would like to receive a veil swatch in mail, please go ahead to purchase the veil swatch in our store. We charge $2 total including S/H. And it is totally refundable if you purchase a veil from us within 10 days. You can find the item by searching key words: “veil swatch”.
Q:What color are the trim and accents on the veil?
A:All the veil edging and beads, accents match the veil tulle color.
Q:Will you cancel my order?
A:We do not retract buyer’s bid, however, you can retract yourself by filling in a form through ebay help.
Q:Why did you cancel my shipping label?
A:Most of the time, the shipping label is cancelled because we are out of stock the item u purchased. U should have received an email from us, providing u options, basically u can choose some other items from our store as exchange (same value) or we can refund u. Q:Where can I find my tracking number if I'm a domestic buyer?
A:If you go into My Ebay>Won and find the item(s) you purchased from us, it should be right under the item title next to 'tracking number:'. We also e-mail it to you when we ship.
Q:I need expedited shipping, what are the rates?
A:For domestic priority (1-3 days), it's $5 extra, for express (1 day), it's $18 extra. If you are in Canada, priority (6-10 days) is $12 extra and express (3-5 days) is $30. For other international, priority (6-10 days) is $15 extra and express (3-5 days) is $35 extra. If you are interested, please see the question below that applies to you.
