>How discreet of this order?
This is a private listing. Your name and transaction history will never be
disclosed to anyone.
>What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Paypal only at this time.
>How will the charge show up on my statement?
For you privacy, your statement charge will show up as “J & E Product”.
>Do you combine shipments?
We offer combined shipping discount. You can get 20% shipping discount for each
addition item you purchase. Shipping discount will be applied at your check out.
>Do you leave feedback automatically?
NO. We only leave feedback as per your request to protect your privacy. Our
feedback will not reveal what you had purchased from us. Yet, we welcome and
encourage you to leave us positive feedback.
>Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, it is your responsibility to know the
laws of your country as they apply to the products. We will not be held
responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or
any country. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price
or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should
contact your local customs office for further information.
Some countries that we have found to be risky with customs seizures or high risk
of package lost. They are Azerbaijan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi
Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, South Korea, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, and
Bangladesh. Therefore, we DO NOT ship to the countries mentioned above.
>How do you mark item on custom form?
All items will be marked as “massager” and “gifts”.
>How do I track my order?
As soon as we have processed your order, we will send you an email confirmation
that contains a link to allow you to track your order. (If you don’t receive
this email, it’s likely that you have a filter in place that is preventing its
delivery.) Please note that US Priority Mail and First Class tracking confirms
delivery rather than actually tracks the item. Also, US Mail delivery times are
not guaranteed.
>What will my shipped package look like?
All order will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipper name is DM
Products and no other marking to reveals the nature of its contents. Shipments
are made using a plain brown box, USPS Box or envelope.
>How fast do you ship the order?
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of payment received. We do not
ship on weekend and holidays.
>What is your return policy?
All Sales Are Final due to the nature of the product. If your item is defective,
please notify us within 7 business days. We will exchange identical item if the
item you received has mechanical defect. The merchandise returned must be in the
original packaging and un-used.
>When an item is returned, do you package it and resell it?
Absolutely NO! We sell only brand-new items. Please note that some items come
packaged by the manufacturer in unsealed boxes. We sell them as we receive them.
> What if I’m looking for an item your company doesn’t carry?
Let us know! We are constantly expanding our product lines. Please send us an
