Shipping & Return Policy:


>How fast do you ship the order?

Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of payment received. We do not ship on weekend and holidays.


>How do I track my order?

As soon as we have processed your order, we will send you an email confirmation that contains a link to allow you to track your order. (If you don’t receive this email, it’s likely that you have a filter in place that is preventing its delivery.) Please note that US Priority Mail and First Class tracking confirms delivery rather than actually tracks the item. Also, US Mail delivery times are not guaranteed.


>What will my shipped package look like?

All order will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipper name is D.M LLC and no other marking to reveals the nature of its contents. Shipments are made using a plain brown box, USPS Box or envelope


>What is your return policy?

If your item is defective, please notify us within 7 business days. We will exchange identical item if the item you received has mechanical defect. The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and un-used. Buyer pays return shipping and we’ll pay resend shipping fee.


>How do I return a product?

Our return address is "D.M LLC, PO Box 2052, Secaucus, NJ 07096". Please include your invoice number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.

>How about if I received a wrong item or missing item in shipment?
Missing or receiving wrong item, please contact Customer Support at
sales@delightmoment.com. We'll send you a correct item ASAP or send out item after receiving back the wrong item first.


> Will you refund shipping fee?

No, shipping fee is not refundable in any condition except the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock. For free shipping item, if you return and decide to cancel the order, we’ll deduct $5.00 S&H fee.


> Why do you only accept defective items for return?

We sell only brand new products, packaged and shipped straight from the manufacturer. Returned items must be destroyed even if they are not defective. By accepting only damaged or defective items for exchange, we are able to keep the prices of our products incredibly low. That said, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
