Item as Described: We do our upmost to provide accurate and informative descriptions with as many detailed photographs as necessary to provide you with the information to make an informed buying decision. We will never knowingly omit any flaws or known issues.
Communication: We pledge to respond to your questions or concerns as soon as possible....often within minutes,normally within a few hours and certainly within 24 hours! We will acknowledge your purchase and payment and advise you via email when you purchase is shipped.
Shipping time: We will ship your purchase the same day your payment is received if prior to 2:00 Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday). We normally ship on Saturdays as well but occassionally we are away on the weekends and unable to ship. Delivery times are out of our control and we ask that you do not lower our DSR rating due to extended shipping time. We do utilize and offer U. S. Postal Service Parcel Post shipping when practical to keep your costs as low as possible. Parcel Post is shipped via surface mail (truck) and will often take much longer to arrive, expecially over long distances. Expect 4-14 business days and ocassionally longer if shipping is via Parcel Post. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days but can be very costly if the package exceeds 1 cubic foot in size. Media Mail is used for books, CD's, DVD's etc and is very inexpensive but can take as long or longer than Parcel Post to arrive.
Shipping & Handling Charges: Shipping has become very costly and we share your concerns and attempt to offer the lowest cost shipping available. Our shipping charges are based upon the actual cost of shipping with a small handling charge which is normally $1.00. We do not artifically raise the cost of shipping to cover our eBay selling fees. The handling charge helps us to offset the substantial cost of packing materials as well as packing time. We recycle used packing boxes wherever practical. We carefully package your purchase for safe arrival and use appropriate amounts of bubble wrap and foam packing materials. We have found the U.S. Post Office to be the least costly shipping method. Please keep in mind that even though shipping is expensive it can often be more economical than driving to your local shopping center when you consider the cost of fuel as well as the impulse purchases you may make along the way...restaurants and such.
