2. Communicate! Some ads are for multiple size lots. If so, please make sure we talk about size before you purchase a BIN. If you do purchase, please swiftly respond when I make a size request so we can get it if we do not have it anymore.
3. Pick a shipping service. Do you want insurance?     In the U.S., priority mail is my first choice. Insurance is $1.35 up to Fifty Bucks. I'll ship out of the U.S. with Air Parcel Post (with insurance) or Global Express Mail (the guaranteed way to get it). If you know a better shipping method to your location, talk to me prior to payment of invoice.
4. Pay Within 3 days (or make arrangements...talk to me)
5. Communicate! Make sure you know what you are buying, and I know too! Email me through ebay only. Do not email me directly! I have missed messages that way. Ebay messages work well. thanks!

Exchanges

There are no refunds!

Exchanges will only be allowed if :

1. Item(s) are in the original packaging that it was shipped in, and has no sign of soil, use, or wear. Item must be tried on clean carpet or floor, with clean socks or footies.
2. Prior authorization is made via email before return is shipped back to seller with some form of insurance and delivery confirmation.
3. Seller reserves the right not to exchange an item based on non-fulfillment of these stated terms.
4. If an item is out of stock, the item will be shipped to buyer when it is available. If item is no longer available, a store credit will be provided to buyer.
5. All re-shipping fees are paid by buyer. Pre-payment must be sent in box or via paypal before re-ship.
6. The Item(s) purchased are not a designated a clearance sale. Some items I have listed are clearance or being discontinued from my inventory. Clearance items are listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" No exchanges or store credits will be allowed.
7. Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
