For that matter, starting any day now, neither is your purchase unless you immediately pay for it. IF you make an offer, I accept and you don't pay?? Well that item is still available to everyone else - all 82 million+ eBay users. Same thing with your purchase. BIN items sitting in your shopping cart and unpaid, are NOT yours till you pay for them. THIS is eBay's policy, not mine and I disagree with it but they don't listen to me.
