How to spot them on Ebay
Do Your Homework: Find out EVERYTHING you can from looking at their price, ebay account ad feedback. Price: If it's too good to be true, or the bidding starts at $0.99, it may be counterfeit. Ebay Account date: If it's a new account, it could be counterfeit: They will often close one account and open a new one. Number of Feedbacks: If they have no feedback, it could be counterfeit.. Feedback Items: If they sold 100's or 1000's of items that are $0.99 or less they are trying to buy good feedback. This is a common practice to create positive feedback. Buyers that purchased the items: If they sold 100's or 1000's of items to one or several Ebay users, they are trying to buy good feedback. This is a common practice to create positive feedback. Negative Feedback: If one or more customers complain about fake items, it's probably counterfeit.
How to spot Counterfeit items

Know who you are buying from: We have used the same distributors for over 15 years.
Outer Box: Check the quality of materials of the outer box.
Printing: Check the quality and the actual printing, logos, trademarks and style.
Batch Number: Where applicable, check that the batch number is valid and unique.
Bottle Shape and Material: Check the shape and thickness of the bottle; The bottle is often difficult to copy.
Cap: Check the quality, color and shape of the cap.
Sprayer: Check the quality size and materials used for the sprayer.
Labels: Check the print type, and actual information printed including logos and trademarks.
Bar Code: Check that the Bar Code is scanable and accurate.
Fragrance: Smell the fragrance to insure that it is valid and is not stale.
Staying Power: Most designer fragrances last many hours; Fakes generally last less than two hours.
Reactions: Insure that it does not cause allergies, burning, or blemishes.
