SHIPMENT PRICES ARE FOR CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY.
We will ship parcel freight worldwide, however we ask that
you either use the shipping calculator below to arrange your
shipment or contact us if you are interested in bidding so
we can give you a quote on shipping and handling to those countries.
Delivery Terms:
Please make sure to consider shipping and delivery terms before
commiting to your purchase. All delivery times are specified
within each listing. Some items are shipped direct from our
warehouse location or shipped factory direct. Each item will
vary especially if dealing with 3rd party and factory direct
items. Please Note: Back Orders can occur, however you will
be notified of any delays.
Furniture
Deliverys - Motor Freight
merchandise may arrive at your address any day M-F. Due to the
various freight carriers
that are available, we suggest that you contact the freight
carrier used for this auction to arrange the best possible
time to be available for delivery.
ALL Attempted Deliveries:
Many carriers reserve the right to send the merchandise
back, should you miss any scheduled delivery times and/or
the freight carrier
is
unable
to contact
you to
set
up delivery
after several
attempts. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for any
freight charges incurred, plus any additional charges that
may be charged
by Freight companies for redelivery attempts and/or charges
for merchandise to be shipped back to Bella Casa.
Therefore, make sure all contact information is accurate and
notify both
the
carrier and Bella Casa of forseen dates that you may be
unavailable.
UPS/
FedEx Ground Services: Most items shipped via UPS/FedEx
will ship within specified listing time. Deliveries are made
M-F (excluding weekends and holidays) DFB is not responsible
for carrier delays. These shipmets do not require signature authorization,
should you require these services, please contact us and additional
fees may apply.
Consolidated
Freight:
If
multiple items are purchased we will be glad to quote consolidated
shipping costs to save you money. Simply send us an email (before
your purchase preferably) with the item(s) you are interested
in, and your shipping address/city/st/zip and we will quote you

Shipping
Time:
Please
allow up to Min. listed time frame for your item to be shipped
to you (excluding weekends & holidays)
of receiving verified or cleared payment. Should
we receive notice of any delay or back order of your item,
we
will send
you a email confirming a slight delay. All shipments where
the payment is made via check will be processed as soon as
check is cleared with bank (normally 10 business days).
All merchandise is carefully packed for safe transit. However,
we do recommend to protect yourself
from loss or damage that insurance be purchased. If insurance is
not purchased, Design Find Boutique is not liable or responsible
for damage or loss. Any unclaimed merchandise will be sent back to
the manufacturer if delivery attempts are unsuccessful. All charges
to and from the manufacturer will be incurred by the buyer. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.

About
Your Item:
Make sure to take note of all shipping information. Such as
lead times and if this is a stock item or ships factory direct.

Inspection:
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, especially
if the box/crate appears crushed and/or torn on the outside. Please
make all necessary notations on receiving documents. Such as (damaged box,
merchandise damaged, broken etc.) Claims can not be processed if you signed
for in good condition. Claims
for either freight damage and/or manufacturers defects must be made in
writing
within 3 days to either the freight carrier (for freight damages)
or to DF Boutique (for manufacturers defects). See Below for details.
Manufacturers Defect
In the event there is a manufacturers defect, and not a defect from freight
damage notify DF Boutique immediately with the exact details of the
defect and we will resolve any issue as a result of any manufacturers
defect. Please include a detailed explanation of the problem and a digital
photo
with your claim. Please allow several business days for us to investigate
your issue.
Freight Damage
Make
all necessary notations on receiving documents. Such as (damaged box,
merchandise damaged, broken etc.) Claims can not be processed if
you signed for in good condition.
1. Refuse the Shipment
If the merchandise arrives visibly damaged, immediately notify the driver
of any damages and write REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE on the
freight bill, then you may refuse the shipment due to damaged merchandise.
When
refusing,
make a written
notation of damage(s) on the freight bill for freight claim purposes. Immediately
notify us of refusal of shipment so we can begin the process of getting
you a
replacement product. Understand, replacement products will not be
sent out until freight claims are resolved. Please allow 30 days
for freight claims to be processed,
as they are handled by the third party freight companies independent of
Bella Casa. Availability of replacement products is subject
to change.
2. Make a claim with the Freight Carrier
In the event that you are unable to inspect merchandise upon arrival, please
notify the person who signs for the freight to make any notations of visible
damages on the freight bill. Then, unpack and inspect within 3
days and make a claim with the freight carrier
immediately. Many freight carriers will not honor claims made after
3 days.
After making the claim with the freight carrier,
notify Bella Casa immediately, so we can begin the process of getting
you a replacement or repair of the product.
Very Important - Some
items may arrive with slight damage and may not qualify by the issuing
claims department for a replacement, they reserve the right to repair the
item
for re-delivery.
Bella Casa reserves the right to not honor either manufacturer defect
nor freight claims made after 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
